Removing stains like paint, blood, candle wax etc. requires specialist techniques, expert skill, and significantly more time than standard cleaning. Because of this, these treatments are not included in a regular cleaning service and will require a separate quotable appointment at the owner's discretion. Viktor will gladly move small, lightweight furniture (under 25kg) that can be handled by one person. However, we kindly ask that you remove small objects and breakables before we arrive to ensure a smooth and safe cleaning process.

Unfortunately, we are not insured to move large or heavy items such as wardrobes, beds, chests of drawers, or bookcases. If you’d like the carpet cleaned underneath any of these, we recommend arranging for them to be moved in advance.

After cleaning, your carpets or upholstery will be damp and will naturally dry within few hours as they air dry throughout the day. To speed up the drying process, we recommend opening windows to reduce humidity in the room, which will help your carpets dry faster.

During the warmer summer months, drying is naturally quicker, but with the added benefit of our premium equipment, you'll enjoy faster, more efficient drying year-round!
